Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-09-23
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of AiHopper. By creating an account or using AiHopper, you agree to these Terms. This page is written by the engineering team to accurately describe the current product and is not a substitute for legal advice; see the configuration note at the end of this document.
1. Acceptance of terms
You must be able to form a binding contract to use AiHopper. If you use AiHopper on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.
2. Description of AiHopper
AiHopper is a software product that helps you create and schedule Instagram Reels, and — if you connect a professional Instagram account — automate replies to comments and direct messages, manage a shared inbox, qualify leads, and use AI-assisted content tools. AiHopper is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a representative of Meta Platforms, Inc. or Instagram.
3. Account registration and email verification
You must register with a valid email address and verify it before you can sign in. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
4. Workspace accounts
AiHopper organizes data into workspaces. A workspace has members with roles (Owner, Admin, Member, Viewer) that determine what each member can do. The workspace Owner is responsible for who they invite and what role they grant.
5. Instagram / Meta connection
Connecting a professional Instagram account is optional and requires your explicit authorization through Meta’s OAuth flow. Your use of any Instagram-connected functionality is also subject to Meta’s own terms and policies (including Instagram’s Terms of Use and Meta’s Platform Terms), which you must independently comply with. AiHopper’s availability and functionality depend on Meta’s platform and APIs remaining available and on your continued authorization; Meta may change, restrict or discontinue its APIs, and AiHopper cannot guarantee uninterrupted access as a result.
6. User responsibilities and acceptable use
You are responsible for:
- Configuring your automations, including the triggers, replies, and any links or offers they send.
- Reviewing automated messages and AI-generated content before they are used, where practical, and monitoring your automated interactions on an ongoing basis.
- Ensuring your content and your use of Instagram through AiHopper complies with applicable laws and with Meta’s own platform policies.
- Having the appropriate rights and permissions for any content (video, images, text) you upload or publish through AiHopper.
- Keeping your account credentials secure and promptly notifying us of any unauthorized use.
AiHopper does not review your automations or content before they run, and does not guarantee that your use of AiHopper will comply with Meta’s policies — that responsibility is yours.
Prohibited activities
You may not use AiHopper to: send unsolicited spam or content that violates Instagram’s or Meta’s policies; harass, defraud or deceive others; violate any applicable law; attempt to interfere with or compromise the security or integrity of AiHopper; access AiHopper through automated means other than the product’s own features; or use AiHopper to process content you do not have the right to use.
7. AI-generated content
AiHopper’s AI features (captions, hashtags, content ideas, Reel covers, automated replies, DMs, and lead/message analysis) use AI models to generate suggestions or content. AI-generated content can be inaccurate, incomplete, inappropriate, or unsuitable for your business or audience. AiHopper does not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or completeness of any AI-generated output. You remain solely responsible for reviewing AI-generated content — including automated Instagram replies, DMs, captions and hashtags, and any lead-qualification output — before it is published, sent, or relied upon, particularly where it represents your business to customers.
8. Content ownership
You retain ownership of the content you upload to AiHopper (videos, images, text) and of content AI helps generate for you, subject to any third-party rights in material you provide as input. You grant AiHopper the rights necessary to store, process and (where you direct it to) publish that content on your behalf through the features you use.
9. Third-party services
AiHopper relies on third-party services to operate, including Meta/Instagram, OpenAI, our database and storage infrastructure, Resend, Razorpay, PostHog and Sentry (see the Privacy Policy for what each is used for). AiHopper is not responsible for the availability, acts, or omissions of these third parties.
10. Service availability and changes
We aim to keep AiHopper available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of AiHopper, including individual features, at any time. Where reasonably possible we will provide notice of material changes.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to AiHopper if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if necessary to protect AiHopper, other users, or third parties. You may stop using AiHopper and request account/workspace deletion at any time (see /data-deletion).
12. Payment and billing
AiHopper currently operates on a credit-based system with an initial allotment of free credits. Paid subscription plans are not finalized at this time. When paid plans launch, this section will be updated to describe pricing, billing cycles, and any applicable refund and cancellation terms before those plans go live; payments (when introduced) will be processed through Razorpay, subject to Razorpay’s own terms. No pricing, refund policy, subscription term, tax treatment, or cancellation period is established by this document today.
13. Intellectual property
AiHopper and its underlying software, design, and trademarks are owned by AiHopper or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to AiHopper’s intellectual property beyond what is necessary to use the product as intended.
14. Disclaimers
AiHopper is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that AiHopper will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate or suitable for any purpose.
15. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AiHopper will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of AiHopper.
16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold AiHopper harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your use of AiHopper, your content, your automations, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
17. Governing law
Governing law and jurisdiction are not yet established for this document. This section is a placeholder pending the owner’s legal review — see the configuration note below.
18. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above.
