Key takeaways
- Three content pillars keep you varied without confusing people.
- A rhythm you can keep beats a perfect plan you drop.
- Batch in one afternoon, then drag posts onto the calendar.
Posting consistently is easier when you're not deciding what to post every morning. A content calendar turns “I should post something” into a plan you can batch in one afternoon and schedule for the month.
1. Pick three content pillars
Pillars are the topics you always come back to. A fitness coach might choose workouts, food and client wins. Three is enough to stay varied without confusing people about what you do. In AiHopper, your niches (Settings → Brand & AI) steer AI ideas and captions toward them.
2. Choose a rhythm you can keep
- 3 Reels a week for reach (for example Mon, Wed, Fri).
- 1 carousel a week for saves and depth.
- Stories most days for connection. They can be quick and unpolished.
3. Batch create
Film several Reels in one session, then upload them together. Drop files onto the AiHopper dashboard and pick Reel, post, carousel or story for each. AI can draft captions and hashtags in your tone while you review.
4. Schedule on the calendar
- Open Content → Calendar.
- Click + on a day to create something for that date, or drag drafts from the tray onto a day.
- Drag scheduled posts to another day to move them. The time stays the same.
- Attach an automation before it goes live, so the first comments already get their DM.
5. Review once a month
Look at which Reels brought comments, clicks and leads, not only views. Keep the formats that bring conversations, and use the grid preview to check how your profile looks before the next month goes out.
