Key takeaways
- AI answers from the facts you give it: products, prices, timings, FAQs.
- A reply that mentions a price or link you never gave is held back and passed to you.
- “Ask me first” keeps every AI reply as a draft until you approve it.
Keyword automations answer the questions you expected. Real customers ask everything else: “Do you deliver to Pune?”, “Is this vegan?”, “What's the price for 2 kg?”. AI can answer those, as long as it only says what's true about your business.
Give it your facts first
In Settings → Brand & AI voice, write what you sell, who it's for, your prices, timings, delivery and your most common questions with your own answers. The AI uses only this, plus the conversation. You can try a question there and see the reply before turning anything on.
What it won't do
- Invent a price, offer or link that isn't in your facts: those replies are passed to you instead.
- Keep chatting when someone asks for a human or is upset: the conversation is handed to your inbox.
- Write public comment replies when you've chosen “Ask me first”.
Fill it faster
Not sure what to write? “Analyse my Instagram” in the same settings reads your recent captions and fills the empty fields: what you do, who it's for, your tone and the phrases you use. Check it and save.
